Mason in Bloom! Is seeking Sponsors for the following 2008 Events
Earth Day Event - Saturday April 19, 2008
join Mason in Bloom! as the City of Mason Parks and Recreation Department hosts this annual event. The Earth Day Events are created to inspire Mason Residents to form a bond with nature, create an awareness of natural resources and become better caretakers of our earth. The days events will include a 1 mile walk which is free for all who participate, and a competitive 5K Run. Sponsors may display their products at the "Earth Friendly Expo" as well as pass out informtaion to attendees.
The City of Mason Earth Day Celebration is s collaboration between The City of Mason Parks & Recreation, The Mason Tree Committee and Mason in Bloom! as well as local teachers, families, elected leaders and businesses that work to increase public awareness of environmental issues through annual Earth Day events and activities. The Earth Day celebration is affiliated with the Earth Day Network, the international organization coordinating events worldwide. Note: Deadline for Sponsorship is March 31, 2008.

The Art in the Garden Tour
Saturday June 14th, 2008 10 am to 4pm. Gardening Expo starts off the tour at the Mason Public Library
Featuring glorious Mason gardens showcasing a variety of styles, designs and plantings. The work of local artists displayed throughout the gardens . . .oils to ceramics to sculptures to watercolors. This is a city-wide event and in past years have engaged over 320 participants. Sponsors appear in the Marketing, merchandising and advertising of the event. Sponsors appear in the brochure on the day of the tour.
